Product Information
We try to show product details, prices, stock, images, GST, HSN, and customization options accurately. Handmade bamboo flute color, grain, ring marks, and finish may vary slightly from photos.
Orders & Acceptance
An order is confirmed after successful checkout or accepted COD request. Nadvenu Flutes may contact you for clarification if product selection, customization, address, or payment details are incomplete.
Custom Orders
Custom scale, tuning, color, engraving, hand orientation, bamboo type, and finger-hole requests are made according to the confirmed details. Custom work may require extra time and may not be eligible for normal return.
Pricing & Taxes
Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping, COD charges, and customization charges are shown during product selection, checkout, or invoice generation.
